Born November 22, 1985, in Southwest Virginia, Rachael Williams is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt and co-founder of Appalachian Grapplers in Mount Airy, North Carolina. Rachael trains under Kelly Wilmore and Jared Lorenz of Sandman BJJ in Grayson County, Virginia, part of the Marcelo Garcia lineage, and competes with her team on the IBJJF circuit.
