Britain’s Sam Crook Get’s Five Months Intense Training In Rio

After two weeks training in Rio during his last vacation, purple belt Sam Crook decided to spend five months this year training at Fight Zone Academy in Copacabana. His competitiveness has been well received and the coaches are working to make him more dynamic.
