With eight mats, more than 1,000 competitors, and hundreds of grappling all stars, it's nearly impossible to stay on top of all the action from the 2022 ADCC West Coast Trials.

The 2022 IBJJF European black belt final rounds are underway. Today, all of the women's finals, plus the male quarters, semis, and finals will hit the mats, and 19 new European champions will be crowned for the first time since 2020.

Adam Wardzinski may be the best European-born grappler today. Since receiving his black belt in 2016, he’s hit six major IBJJF gi podiums, won a UAEJJF World Pro gold and four World Pro silvers, and he’s earned his way to ADCC via a victory at the 2018 European trials.

Fight to Win is back in San Diego on Friday, September 10 for Fight To Win 183. In the main event, the Assassin Choke master, Baret Yoshida returns to see if he can tangle and strangle another opponent; this time Bernardo Pitel will be standing across from him.
