Women's 145+lb No-Gi Rankings

With Gabi Pessanha deciding to enter the No-Gi Worlds, I am taking the preemptive action of ranking her in the top-10 - which is likely very conservative given her success. I've never ranked a grappler before they had a match in the style - but no other athlete is Gabi Pessanha. I'm not going to pretend she's not going to be one of the best in the world from the start of her no-gi career. For her to rise higher, though, will require ranked wins and proving it on the mat.

Also entering the rankings is Ana Carolina Vieira, who's ranked #1 at 145lbs but recently started competing more above that.

Rankings do not reflect ADCC Open & 1-star IBJJF Open competition.
