While visiting Renzo Gracie Academy in the heart of Manhattan I ran into the living legend himself, Renzo Gracie. Just a few days out from the mega-show KASAI Pro 5 Renzo and I sat down to dish on all things grappling. From previewing the epic 8-man tournament at KASAI, to the current state of jiu-jitsu competition, and ADCC 2019 in Los Angeles. In my life I thought that I would have to make money with something else. I was studying to be a lawyer I was looking for something else, business, medical material I thought jiu-jitsu would never give me money. I already thought I do any job, I'd clean toilets as long as I could do what i love, which was teach jiu-jitsu and train jiu-jitsu. I actually do what I love, for me it's not work, and I make money out of this. In reality not only me but all the stars in our sport are doing well. This pleases me a lot.
