Taste of Brazil: Felipe Pena Makes Reid Try Brazil's Most Disgusting Sausage

While in Belo Horizonte, Brazil visiting the reigning ADCC absolute world champion we found ourselves at Mercado Central to try some local fare. 

The bustling market, established in 1929, was located in downtown Belo Horizonte and featured, food, electronics, pets and just about anything else you could think of. With a full appetite Felipe brought me to a small grill on the inside of the market to try one of his favorite after training snacks, a blood sausage native to the region called chouriço.
