Ffion has been successful lately, winning back-to-back gold medals at IBJJF Worlds, an ADCC world championship, and taking the Tezos WNO title in a decision victory over Nathalie Ribeiro. The Essential Jiu-Jitsu representative will be making her first defense of the 125lb. championship against the rising challenger Rocha.
