Cobrinha: All-Access

May 1, 2017

Rubens Charles, known commonly by his nickname ‘Cobrinha’, is a highly regarded figurehead in the sport of jiu-jitsu and is among the most decorated competitors to ever don a gi.

A 4x World champion, 4x no-gi World champion, 2x ADCC champion & 5x Pan American champion, the Alliance black belt has accomplished just about everything there is to accomplish.

But at 38 years of age the legendary black belt is showing no signs of slowing down, in fact like a fine wine it seems as if he is only getting better as the years tick by.

After placing third at the 2016 World Championships Charles has ramped up his competition schedule with his sights set on worlds in May. Entering two of the biggest jiu-jitsu tournaments in the world in 2017, Pans and Brasileiros, Cobrinha is making his case as the best featherweight in the world known.

In the short documentary above we go behind the scenes with the living legend as he navigates his way through the deadly featherweight division, motivates his younger students and has a bit of fun along the way.

Follow Cobrinha like you’ve never seen him before in this intimate follow along with one of the best to ever do it. This is Cobrinha: All-Access.
