FloGrappling's Official No-Gi Rankings

Women's 125lb No-Gi Rankings

This weight has been in flux lately, especially outside of that very strong top-7. Adele wins worlds and stays on top, but I also moved up Cassia Moura because this is her weight and she's clearly too talented to stay in the same place. A match with Cassia and Ffion or Adele should be on fans' wishlists for 2026.

Mona Bailey beats Thaynara Victoria early. Mona has had solid results over the last few years but for a young black belt she had a great run here to the podium and it's enough to sneak into the top-10. She will need more wins and good performances though if she wants to stay there.

Brown belt results and some of the earlier-round black belt results shift the back-third of the rankings. Bebe Junco moves up without competing because her win at Trials against Polahamus aged well when Polhamus beat a ranked grappler in Campos.

Rankings do not reflect ADCC Open & 1-star IBJJF Open competition.
