The Man has spoken. Roberto Abreu, or 'Cyborg' as friends and fans know him, made a compassionate argument to render slams Illegal at Grappling Pro Championship. "I don't want to finish my year hurting someone' said the veteran competitor. "You make the mistake in there, and someone is going to pay a big price."

The rest of the competitors at the Grappling Pro Championship rules meeting all agreed, and so for this event - slams will not be allowed.
