Former UFC champion and multiple-time ADCC champion Fabricio Werdum will be inducted into the ADCC Hall of Fame in 2024 during the 2024 ADCC World Championships at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Aug. 17 and 18.

Werdum is a five-time ADCC veteran who won back to back world titles in 2007 and 2009, adding to his litany of podiums from every ADCC year between 2003 and 2011.

He secured silver in the 99+kg division in 2003, and bronze in the absolute division that year. He returned for bronze in 2009 in the 99+kg division, before collecting his back to back golds. In his final season, in 2011, Werdum collected silver in the super heavyweight division.

Werdum is the fourth ADCC vet nominated to the hall of fame in the 2024 class. He joins Jacare Sousa, Xande Ribeiro and Jean Jacques Machado.
