The 2025 Craig Jones Invitational will feature a marquee super fight between event founder Craig Jones and Olympic wrestling champion Gable Steveson. The match will take place Aug. 30-31 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas during CJI 2, which will also host a team-based tournament and the first women’s $100,000 openweight bracket.

The inaugural Craig Jones Invitational in 2024 delivered two days of elite grappling at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, with $1 million on the line for each men’s division winner.

Gable Steveson has built a wrestling résumé few athletes can match, earning Olympic gold, multiple NCAA titles and a reputation as one of the most dominant heavyweights in history. In 2025, he will step into new territory, competing under submission grappling rules in a superfight against Craig Jones at the Craig Jones Invitational in Las Vegas.
