Women's Pound-for-Pound No-Gi Rankings

We decided to remove Bia Mesquita because she is all-in on her MMA career. We are wishing the Lady GOAT the best and if she returns to competitive grappling long term we will add her right back - but she seems to pretty clearly be focused on mixed martial arts.

Helena and BSM both climb after big submission wins at FPI. Helena did beat BSM at ADCC, so she stays ahead overall.

Rankings do not reflect ADCC Open & 1-star IBJJF Open competition.
