Men's Pound-for-Pound No-Gi Rankings

For the first time since I took over these rankings, Gordon isn't number one. That's not because he lost, just because he's not competing and as such it's time to keep things moving. We wish him a speedy recovery from all his health issues.

Kade Ruotolo is the top male pound-for-pound no-gi grappler in the world. He won ADCC, he won CJI, he's beaten the other two guys in the top 3, and he does it with style. Congratulations to Kade.

After WNO, Kaynan obviously has to take a drop. Problem is, he is still the top-ranked 220lb grappler and probably shouldn't come all the way out - even if we don't add Nick Rodriguez (because of the loss to Victor, who lost to Luke). We ended up dropping him to tenth over Mikey based on his resume and solid level of activity. However, if he takes another bad loss soon it'll be hard to keep him in here.

Deandre Corbe and Vagner Rocha both join the top-15. They are both ranked in multiple weights and have proven themselves on the world level. Corbe is the number one guy in his weight, 155lbs.

Rankings do not reflect ADCC Open & 1-star IBJJF Open competition.
