Just about two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of competing in one of the biggest BJJ tournaments of my life – the 2024 ADCC World Championships.

The IBJJF has announced the brackets for the Feb. 29 IBJJF Absolute No-Gi Grand Prix, and the 8 men involved have their paths to first place. The tournament will feature ADCC Champions Kaynan Duarte and Giancarlo Bodoni, as well as IBJJF World Champions like Dante Leon, Elder Cruz, and Roosevelt Sousa. All the action will be streaming exclusively on FloGrappling.

With five weight divisions and top-notch athletes to fill their ranks, IBJJF The Crown is set to be a well-rounded spectacle for fight fans, but the true clash of titans will come about in the heaviest category of the invitational tournament.

In a field of giants, one black belt is going to emerge as the first ever ultra-heavyweight winner of The Crown. With the entries of Erich Munis, Joao Gabriel Rocha, Roosevelt Sousa, and Victor Honorio, one will navigate the bracket and make history.
